Secondly, not everyone able to produce amazing photos which are of high quality and to know at which angle to take photos. Good photographers have experience in producing high-quality images that will last a lifetime and create wonderful memories.

This depends on a type of work. Usually 45 minutes to 1 hour. Location will depend on your comfort to get around the island. We can discuss with you on your initial contact with me.

Yes, I only provide digital images. Other services available upon request

It’s normal to have anxious feelings. But please do not worry, I have a good experience in this and you are in a good hands. I will explain everything prior to our meeting

# Revvind Productions Photography Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to photography services provided by **Umid Mamirov**, trading as **Revvind Productions** (the "Photographer"), to the client named in the relevant booking confirmation, invoice, or proposal (the "Client"). By signing a booking agreement, paying the booking fee, or confirming a booking in writing, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

## 1. Services

Revvind Productions agrees to provide photography services as described in the agreed proposal, package, invoice, or booking confirmation, including the date, time, location, duration, and deliverables. Any additional services requested by the Client that are not expressly included in the agreed package may be charged separately.

## 2. Booking and Non-Refundable Retainer

A non-refundable retainer  is required to secure the session or event date. No date is reserved until the retainer has been received in full. This retainer is non-refundable in all circumstances where the Client cancels because the Photographer reserves the agreed date, may decline other work for that date, and begins planning and administrative preparation upon booking.

The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the session or event date, unless a different payment deadline is stated in writing on the invoice or booking confirmation. Revvind Productions reserves the right to cancel, postpone delivery, or refuse to perform services if payment is not made on time.

## 3. Cancellations by the Client

All cancellation requests must be made in writing. The retainer remains non-refundable if the Client cancels the booking for any reason.

If the Client cancels within 7 days of the session or event date, the Client may also be responsible for any non-recoverable costs already incurred by Revvind Productions, including travel, accommodation, location fees, permits, assistant fees, or other agreed expenses.

## 4. Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule must be made in writing and are subject to availability. If Revvind Productions is available for the new requested date, the retainer may be transferred one time to a rescheduled date taking place within 12 months of the original booking.

If the Photographer is unavailable on the requested new date, or if the Client chooses not to proceed with an offered alternative date, the booking will be treated as a cancellation and the retainer will remain non-refundable.

## 5. Cancellation by the Photographer

If Umid Mamirov or Revvind Productions is unable to perform the services due to illness, emergency, accident, force majeure, or any other circumstance beyond reasonable control, reasonable efforts will be made to arrange a replacement photographer of similar standard. If no replacement can be arranged, all amounts paid by the Client, including the retainer, will be refunded, and this refund will be the Photographer’s full liability.

## 6. Late Arrival and Client Cooperation

The Client is responsible for arriving on time and ensuring that all relevant participants are ready at the agreed start time. Delays caused by the Client, guests, venue staff, or other third parties may reduce coverage time and do not entitle the Client to a refund or discount.

The Photographer is not responsible for missed shots resulting from lateness, lack of cooperation, restricted access, interference by guests, poor weather, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

## 7. Creative Style and Editing

The Client acknowledges that they are familiar with the style, portfolio, and artistic approach of Revvind Productions and are hiring the Photographer based on that style. Final images are edited at the Photographer’s professional discretion, and no unedited RAW files will be delivered unless expressly agreed in writing.

Editing styles, cropping decisions, colour grading, image selection, and final delivery format remain at the sole creative judgment of the Photographer.

## 8. Delivery

Final edited images will be delivered within the timeframe stated in the booking confirmation or package description. Delivery timelines may be extended in peak periods, during travel, or where delays arise from causes outside the Photographer’s control, provided reasonable notice is given.

Digital delivery will usually be made through an online gallery or download link. The Client is responsible for downloading and safely storing delivered files after receipt.

## 9. Travel, Permits, and Location Access

Any travel, ferry, parking, accommodation, permit, entrance, drone authorization, assistant, or location-related fees are payable by the Client unless specifically included in the agreed package.

The Client is responsible for obtaining permission to photograph at private venues or restricted locations unless Revvind Productions has expressly agreed in writing to arrange this.

## 10. Weather and Outdoor Conditions

For outdoor sessions, the Photographer is not liable for adverse weather, sea conditions, wind, unsafe terrain, or location closures that affect the session. Where possible, the parties will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or adapt the session to a suitable alternative location or time.

## 11. Copyright and Personal Use License

All copyright in the photographs remains with Umid Mamirov / Revvind Productions unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final delivered images for personal, non-commercial purposes ( unless stated otherwise in a written contract).
